F. BRADFORD (“Brad”) JOHNSON practices in the areas of arbitration and mediation, business transactions, advanced estate and business planning, insurance, securities arbitration, and the litigation of commercial and business disputes.

Mr. Johnson’s experience includes the planning for and the representation in business acquisitions, corporate planning, shareholder buy-sell agreements, employment agreements, as well as the representation of clients in business disputes and litigation.  His experience includes serving as counsel to numerous small and emerging business interests in such diverse fields as the commercial construction industry, the auto parts aftermarket, machine tool manufacturing, post-consumer plastic recycling, insurance marketing, reinsurance underwriting and marketing, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Johnson received his A.B. Degree, Cum laude, from Wabash College, and his J.D. Degree, Cum laude, from Indiana University.  He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (business law and litigation sections), a member of the IBA Grievance Committee, and the attorneys’ fee dispute coordinator for Grievance Committee “D”. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association (alternative dispute resolution, business law, estate planning, probate and real property, and litigation sections), is the current chairman of the ISBA Business Law Section Council, and is a graduate of the National College of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Johnson also serves on the Roster of Arbitrators for the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Dispute Resolution service.

Mr. Johnson is the current president of the Redevelopment Commission for the City of Fishers, Indiana and serves as a deacon for King of Glory Lutheran Church in Carmel, Indiana.
