F. Bradford "Brad" Johnson
F. BRADFORD (“Brad”) JOHNSON practices in arbitration and mediation, business transactions, advanced estate and business planning, insurance, securities arbitration, and the litigation of commercial and business disputes.
He has 40+ years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, business acquisitions and corporate planning, shareholder buy-sell agreements, employment agreements, and the representation of clients in business disputes and litigation.
Mr. Johnson is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association Grievance Committee, and attorneys’ fee dispute coordinator for Grievance Committee “D”. He is the former chairman of the Indiana State Bar Association Business Law Section Council and a graduate of the National College of Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Johnson currently serves on the Roster of Arbitrators for the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Dispute Resolution service.
Mr. Johnson is long time resident of Fishers, Indiana, a member and current president of the City of Fishers Redevelopment Commission, and a former deacon and church council member of King of Glory Lutheran Church in Carmel, Indiana.
